what fans talked about, week by weekFrom the 0-7 opener onward, fans demanded Tocchet's firing every week, blasting his dump-and-chase system, line juggling and handling of Michkov, and even wins felt soured while he stayed employed.
“Tocchet preaches coming into camp in shape. This is the most out of shape we have ever looked. Is he gonna call himself fat, lazy, unprofessional? Is he gonna lose his spot as head coach and get demoted to assistant until he earns it back? I wonder how much of a hypocrite he will be. Btw Michkov came into camp in the best shape we have ever seen him.. did he do exactly what was told of him to get back into the top 6? Did he get back into the top 6? Did the players in the top 6 earn it? So many questions I wish I knew the answer to. Tldr: Irony at its finest”
