Patriots fans banked the 20-3 win but spent the night cursing T.J. Watt and counting their injured.

What happened
Twenty points and a shutout-adjacent effort against A.Rodgers should feel better than it does, and the box score obscures how jittery this looked — D.Maye coughed up an early fumble to N.Herbig, then got picked by P.Queen in the red zone before the defense bailed him out. T.Henderson's 39-yard touchdown run and C.Barmore's strip-sack scoop by E.Ponder papered over a quarterback still learning on the job. The defense is real; the offense is a question.

“They don’t have a place to hang their hat. They haven’t established the run. They’re not performing well enough on third down.”

“Starters should play more in the preseason because it's clear that rust has definitely been a factor with the offense.”

Steelers fans, my quick thoughts based on live viewing & advanced numbers from the loss to the Patriots Some encouraging things from the defense and their ability to create pressure under Patrick Graham. But the offense…Rodgers…play sequencing…brutal

How good is #Patriots cornerback Christian Gonzalez? The broadcast team is acting like a #Steelers player catching a pass for a 3-yard gain against him is an unbelievable accomplishment. That sums it up nicely. #PITvsNE
