What happened

The D.Maye strip-sack on the opening possession set the tone, and the pick to T.Hunter deep in JAX territory sealed whatever hope remained before halftime. A 38-yard heave to D.Douglas was one of the few signs of life in a 6-35 wipeout that had fans openly questioning whether their franchise quarterback is currently the worst starter in the league. The margin for patience, three weeks in, is already gone.
