What happened
J.Herbert to K.Allen with 2:44 left, then C.Dicker from 43 to win it — the kind of finish that retroactively justifies the heartburn of a C.Sutton 52-yard touchdown and a D.Davis kickoff fumble that kept Denver alive. 3-0 is 3-0, and the Chargers earned the right to feel smug about it for a week. The secondary giving up chunk plays to B.Nix is a problem for a later Sunday.
