The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
A 47-yard H.Butker field goal pulled it within reach, but B.Nix found R.Harvey for a 1-yard score with 1:50 left to seal it, and the defense — C.Jones sack and all — couldn't get off the field on the L.Humphrey 17-yarder that flipped the game. The fanbase is oddly at peace: a competitive loss with a Chris Oladokun cameo and a better draft slot doesn't sting like September did. The real question is what's left to play for.
