Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
M.Mims taking a punt 48 yards to the house in the second quarter was the kind of swing that bent the game Denver's way for good, and B.Nix's short stuff to C.Sutton kept the offense moving when it needed to. Fans are split between calling it a blowout the scoreboard hid and sweating a late field goal that made the cover ugly. The win counts; the lingering question is why a game this controlled needed to feel that nervous.
