What happened
B.Nix put together the kind of afternoon that turns a fanbase giddy — the deep ball to T.Franklin for six, the short strike to M.Bandy, the contested 26-yard hookup with C.Sutton that survived a Green Bay challenge. The defense gave up chunks (J.Love to M.Golden, J.Jacobs ripping off 40 on the ground), but Denver answered every time. The playoff math suddenly looks real; whether the run defense holds up in January is the quieter question underneath the celebration.
