What happened

Two losses opened the week and the floor fell out. A 2-4 night in Chicago drew calls to "get this piece of shit off the team," then came the turn: a 2-3 home loss to a "Macklin-less" San Jose squad, after which the room went from angry to existential, Thomas and Buch singled out, the whole thing "just fucking lost." Someone did the math on Dube's record and it went viral. A 5-3 win over Columbus bought a day of peace and one sincere Ross Johnston endorsement.
