What happened

Three games, three wins, and a fanbase that forgot what the other outcome feels like. The 6-3 opener in Houston was pleasant; the 7-3 clincher the next day was the hinge, a first playoff series win since 2005 and the end of two decades of flinching. Then 3-0 in Cleveland, Murakami's bomb for the spark and Grant Taylor leaving goosebumps behind. One fan announced a pregnancy mid-game. Another declared, "I've seen enough." Misery index: 2. Deeply unfamiliar territory.
