What happened

A 4-3 win in Cleveland put the White Sox one victory from the ALCS, and one fan admitted they "truly cannot believe what a season it's been." Then came the homestand. The 3-9 Game 3 flattening was the hinge, dark enough that someone decided "Jerry asked the team to throw this one." A 5-9 follow-up, then 0-2 to finish 2-3, with Teel's challenges and "way too many k's" catalogued like evidence. Nobody wanted to "hear any fucking happy to be here shit.
