Fan misery across the week, every six hours. Up is worse. Dashed lines are games.
Worst game: Fri, Sep 25, L 3-6 @ New York Yankees
In-game fan misery, every 15 minutes.
What happened
Four wins in five, and the mood barely budged. Baltimore took three from Toronto, 4-3 and twice 4-2, and the middle one was the turn: elimination handed to a division rival, which one fan called "my World Series," while another loved "Pete for dragging the boys out to salute the fans." A 10-2 thumping in New York somehow arrived with misery rising, then the 6-3 loss closed things at 79-82. Misery eased to 64. Nothing left to play for except grudges, and those, at least, got settled.
