What happened
A sweep in Queens — 2-1, 7-5, 7-1 — briefly made Baltimore feel like a baseball team again. Then Milwaukee arrived, and the 5-6 loss on Thursday was the hinge: the mood flipped from gratitude to fury in one night. Two more, 0-1 and 0-3, finished it at 75-81, and the fanbase stopped arguing about the roster entirely. It became about Albernaz, then Elias, then Rubenstein. Realistic playoff hopes are gone. The grievances, apparently, are not.
