What happened
Oklahoma lost 25-42 to South Carolina on Halloween and slid to 4-4, and the fanbase's misery climbed from 75 to 97. The moment that stuck came late: South Carolina pulled its starters, BV kept his in, and the Sooners piled up what one fan called "the fakest garbage time offense ever." From there the thread turned into a staffing meeting, with calls to fire BV, Arbuckle and Bedenbaugh. One fan already had his next job picked out: "a Middle School in the Panhandle." The only thing Oklahoma added late was evidence.
