Indiana

Big Ten · 2026 season

The story so far

Indiana fans opened the season gloating over Josh Hoover's debut, then spent the weeks picking apart his throws until many were calling for Grant Wilson. At 8-1, they lean on a defense they now call elite while the offense keeps turning wins into queasy relief.

Season-long

  • A dazzling debut gave way to weekly gripes about underthrows and missed open receivers, and after the Ohio State loss and apparent injury, many fans demanded Grant Wilson start and said they missed Mendoza.

“13 of 16 for 231 yards with 4 TDs and no INTs Casual Mendoza statline with more TDs than incompletions”
