K.Medrano's 50-yard pick-six of S.Darnold swung the game, and M.Mariota — filling in — did enough, hitting T.McLaurin on the go-ahead drive before R.White's 19-yard run set up the finish. Still, J.Smith-Njigba torched this secondary in the fourth quarter and the celebration penalty nearly gifted it all back. A win over Seattle counts, but a defense that needs a pick-six to survive a backup QB duel isn't exactly a foundation.
