The emotional rollercoaster

Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.

What happened

Losing at home to a rookie quarterback making T.Shough look like Fran Tarkenton — 13-yard scramble TD, 34-yard TD run — is the kind of loss that calcifies a fanbase's worst suspicions. B.Mayfield's interception to A.Taylor in the third gutted any momentum, and the late short throw to C.Otton on 4th-and-long felt like a coaching staff out of answers. The "Fire Todd Bowles" chants aren't fringe anymore; they're the room.
