Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
H.Fannin's 34-yard touchdown catch briefly threatened to make Cleveland a thing, but the fumble on the trick-play direct snap recovered by L.Gifford flipped the afternoon, and B.Purdy's 2-yard keeper put it away. G.Kittle did Kittle things on two chunk plays to set up scores, and a 26-8 final on the road feels like the version of this team fans were promised in August. Half a game out, and finally allowed to enjoy a Sunday.
