Jets

The emotional rollercoaster

Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse. ● biggest swings

What happened

Up three with under five minutes left, and B.Stephens tacks a roughing-the-passer flag onto a 63-yard M.Willis-to-C.Douglas touchdown — the kind of self-inflicted gut-punch that defines the ledger here. G.Smith did his part, hitting M.Taylor twice for scores and finding O.Cooper for 60, but the sack at the MIA 15 and the red-zone pick to M.Taaffe left too many points on the field. Sixteen years, same movie.
