Week 15 · 2025–26 season
Patriots
L 31-35 vs Bills · Dec 14, 2025
Misery Index · Despair
Patriots fans too drained to argue, blaming the refs, the defense, and a second-half collapse against Buffalo in equal.
The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
T.Henderson's 65-yard touchdown gave NE a fourth-quarter lead and the building a pulse, and then the defense surrendered scoring drives capped by D.Knox and J.Cook touchdowns in the span of three minutes. D.Maye's incompletion to S.Diggs with 1:54 left, J.Bosa lurking, was the last real breath. Losing to Buffalo at home in Week 15 is its own specific flavor of miserable, and the fanbase has run out of new ways to say it.
