What happened
The J.Waddle 46-yard touchdown from T.Tagovailoa with 4:50 left should have been the moment that salvaged the afternoon, but B.Young found Ji.Horn for 17 yards on the very next drive to set up the answer, and a P.Jones sack of Tagovailoa at the MIA 15 sealed it. Losing to Carolina after R.Dowdle ripped off 43- and 53-yard runs feels less like a bad Sunday and more like a referendum nobody in Miami wants to read aloud.
