Chiefs

The emotional rollercoaster

Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.

What happened

Two red-zone interceptions, one from P.Mahomes targeting K.Hunt and the closer from G.Minshew sailing toward T.Kelce into D.James's hands, and somehow that still undersells how bleak this felt. Mahomes leaving the game turned a winnable AFC West tilt into a referendum on a roster the fanbase suddenly sees clearly. The misery isn't just the 13-16; it's the dawning sense that next season's problems started showing up in this one.
