What happened
Survived is the operative word. The J.Hines-Allen/E.Ogbah sack with ten seconds left looked like the game, until G.Smith found B.Bowers anyway and Las Vegas only missed by a T.Lockett two-point throw. T.Lawrence's goal-line interception to I.Pola-Mao in the first half nearly defined the night before B.Thomas's 34-yard catch — on which he was injured — flipped the field. A win that felt closer to a coin landing on its edge than to grit.
