D.Mills, a backup quarterback, scrambled 14 yards untouched for the go-ahead score with 37 seconds left, and then T.Lawrence got strip-sacked by W.Anderson on the ensuing drive to seal it. Two yards of offense in the fourth quarter, a failed two-point stop that briefly mattered, and another loss that feels less like a bad Sunday than a structural condition.
