What happened
K.Fairbairn's 49-yarder at the gun bailed out a Texans team that spent the fourth quarter trying to give it away, most notably C.Stroud's red-zone-adjacent pick to T.Hunter with under four minutes left. C.Bullock's end-zone interception of T.Lawrence and the J.Noel explosion plays in the second quarter built the cushion, but closing games shouldn't require this much cardiac effort every week. A win is a win — the margin for error just keeps shrinking.
