What happened

A J.Bates 22-yarder as time expired salvaged three points and a win, but the vibes never caught up. J.Goff's fumble recovered by I.McDuffie and the J.Love-to-J.Jacobs 25-yard touchdown turned this into a white-knuckle grind against a division rival that should've been put away earlier. The roughing-the-passer gift on the final drive isn't lost on anyone — least of all Green Bay — and the fanbase is already bracing for the version of this game that doesn't bounce their way.
