What happened
D.Prescott hit C.Lamb for a 74-yard touchdown on what felt like the opening possession, G.Pickens kept ripping off chunk plays, and the scoreboard did the rest — 44-22 over Washington, with a Bland pick-six folded in for tradition's sake. Still, the early J.Daniels touchdown to Z.Ertz and a J.Williams safety left fans muttering about Eberflus even in a 22-point win. Beating the Commanders soothes; it doesn't convince.
