What happened
A 44-point home win shouldn't feel this much like an indictment, but the soft zone let S.Tucker rip off a 43-yard touchdown run and find the end zone again in the fourth, turning a comfortable afternoon into another McDermott referendum. J.Allen kept bailing it out — the 52-yarder to Ty.Johnson, the deep ball to T.Shavers, the strike to J.Cook — and the prevailing mood is gratitude for him and exhaustion with everything around him.
