Week 3 · 2025–26 season

Misery Index · Despair
Ravens fans eulogizing the 2023 window, the run defense, and the Macdonald era in a single 38-point breath.
The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
D.Montgomery's 72-yard gash to the Baltimore 13 in the third quarter cracked something open, and D.Henry's fumble at the 21 — punched out by A.Hutchinson — sealed the case that Detroit was simply the better team in the trenches. M.Andrews' touchdown from L.Jackson kept it interesting on the scoreboard, never on the field. The quiet fear in the stands isn't this loss; it's that 2023 may have been the ceiling.
