What happened
J.Brissett's 38-yard touchdown to M.Wilson was the lone bright spot, and even that came in a game where J.Burrow was carving up the secondary on every other possession — J.Chase's 22-yard strike set the tone before the first quarter ended. The fanbase has stopped pretending this is about scheme or personnel; the conversation has fully migrated to draft position and coaching tenure records. At some point, a 14-37 loss in Week 17 stops being a result and starts being a referendum.
