What happened
Three games, three wins, and a fanbase that still sounds faintly suspicious of its own good fortune. One-goal survivals over Boston and Winnipeg, 3-2 both times, kept the nerves live and the "SIZZLING FAJITAS FOR EVERYONE!!!" flowing. The turn came Sunday against the Islanders, when Dallas "LOCKED IT THE FUCK UP IN THE THIRD!!!" and won 6-3, turning white knuckles into a five-game streak. Mikko earned hats off, then all clothes off. One fan is now budgeting vacation days around this.
