What happened
A home-and-home with Dallas split the difference: a 3-2 win in Texas, then a 2-3 loss the next night that turned on a video review, which one fan filed under "the worst rule in the mother fucking game." Grievance settled quickly. Pittsburgh showed up and left 5-2 lighter, with newcomers Svechkov and Schwartz looking "immediately impactful" and Blackwood drawing the week's best line: "look upon him and weep." Misery ticked up anyway. Two wins, one grudge against a replay booth.
