What happened

Three road games, three losses, and a fanbase that ran out of patience by Thursday. The 2-5 in Vegas drew eye-rolls and jokes that Bedard was "on pace to score 0 goals this year." Then came 0-6 in Utah, the turn where irritation curdled into something else entirely, "the most inept, lifeless performance I can remember." The 3-4 in Buffalo barely registered beyond calls to fire Blashill and the observation that six years of rebuilding produced this. Players to watch, indeed.
