What happened
Dallas swept the week. A 113-109 escape in Miami started it, but the turning point came two nights later: a 120-96 demolition of Oklahoma City that handed the Thunder their first loss and dropped fan misery to 3. A 116-111 win over Houston pushed the record to 4-2. The fanbase reacted like hostages released early, declaring "BEING A MAVS FAN IS FUN AGAIN!!" and crediting a teenager: "i don't think this 19 year old kid realizes how many lives he's saved." Somebody should tell him before November does.
