What happened

Milwaukee closed out the World Series this week. A 1-10 rout put the Rays down 0-3 and set off a "Daily reminder" about the Contreras brothers. The 4-3 win that followed bought one more night, though even then Seymour was deemed "ship to Asia material." The turning point was the 1-4 loss that sealed a 1-4 series, pinned squarely "on the offense." One fan called the whole thing "designed to inflict the most pain," and the volume of rage at least settled whether the Rays have fans.
