What fans said
“That trade makes no sense for the Phillies. Minus Gage Wood, you’re giving up a starting outfielder and your 2nd best bullpen arm for a rental. Just makes more holes for the team.”

“Not the Dombrowski way. We only give 1 year offseason deals to guys who are completely washed.”

“C'mon, in the offseason, fans would have lost their mind if we paid $12m for a .719 OPS 1B/2B while we already had a first and second baseman and no right fielder.”

“What even is baseball anymore? The Dodgers just suck the life out of it. Fuck them”
