What happened
Four wins in six, and the mood barely budged. The turn came in the 10-2 rout of Texas, where a Rodriguez catch had one fan admitting "I think I'm in love with Rodriguez lmao." The 6-4 finale eliminated the Rangers, which counted for something in a week where fans cheerfully noted they'd "take a Twins L if it means the Astros don't make the playoffs." Between the 2-6 loss and the front office, blame landed everywhere. At 77-85, the anger has outlived the stakes.
