The emotional rollercoaster
Fan misery across the week, every six hours. Up is worse. Dashed lines are games.
Worst game: Thu, Sep 17, L 4-7 @ Pittsburgh Pirates
In-game fan misery, every 15 minutes.
What happened
Six games on the road, five wins, and a fanbase that has stopped waiting for the trapdoor. Pittsburgh went mostly to plan until a 4-7 stumble, but even that loss got absorbed into series-won math and praise for Stallings. The turn came in Baltimore, where a 6-5 survival flipped into back-to-back shutouts, 1-0 and 3-0. Megill locked in, scoreboard-watching Dodgers losses, 98-58 and the most wins in franchise history. Misery index: three. Brewers fans have never been here before, and it shows.
