What happened
Washington State lost 6-26 to Fresno State on Saturday, and the scoreboard told the whole story: two field goals, no touchdowns, nothing resembling an offense. Cougar fans arrived at 1-4 in a state of weary rage, one calling it "the worst Cougar offense I can remember watching," another noting there is "no excuse to be this bad offensively."
