W 45-21 vs South Alabama · Sat, Sep 26 · 3-1 overall

What happened

Kentucky handled South Alabama 45-21 and moved to 3-1, though the comfort arrived later than the fanbase would have liked. The turning point was the second-half stretch where the Cats finally stopped leaving, as one fan put it, "way too many open doors and windows for South Alabama." Before that, the mood was less celebration than damage control. After, it was somebody noting that Louisville and Tennessee were losing, the weather was "fucking AMAZING," and the toddler was at grandma's. Wins count. So do tee times.
