What happened
Notre Dame opened 41-13 over Wisconsin, and the box score looked nothing like the mood inside the stadium. The turning point came when a sluggish first half finally cracked open and the lead stopped feeling negotiable, at which point the needling started: one fan asked "Where's the Miami flair who said our season was over," savoring a grudge barely an hour old.
