What happened

Auburn went to Athens and left with a 27-24 win, which is not a sentence this fanbase has been allowed to type in a while. The turning point wasn't a snap so much as a season: the decision to move on from Freeze, which one fan framed as an overdue invoice, "it's been a miserable 5-6 years, give us something for kicking Freeze to the curb." The bill got paid. At 4-2, someone admitted he was "in fucking tears here." Pride is a strange, unfamiliar weight.
