What happened
A J.Johnson one-yard touchdown scramble and a J.Bates two-yard score off T.Scott's eligible-receiver wrinkle were enough to spoil Philadelphia's afternoon, which is the entire emotional yield of the season packed into sixty minutes. The J.Hunt fumble recovery and earlier interception were the kind of mistakes that would have ended things in October, but a backup T.McKee throwing into J.Reaves' arms evened the ledger. Beating the Eagles was the year. That's the whole sentence.
