A 30-point road win rarely needs defending, and this one was effectively over when D.Moore muffed R.Dixon's punt and K.Kieft fell on it, then A.Muhammad strip-sacked B.Young into C.Kancey's hands. B.Mayfield to T.Johnson worked twice, including the short score. The lingering unease — audible even in the Super Bowl jokes — is that a 43-13 scoreline against this Carolina team doesn't actually settle what this roster is when the opponent punches back.
