B.Mayfield to T.Johnson for 45 and a third-quarter score effectively closed it, with the K.Vildor pick on M.Jones in the first quarter and a K.Johnson touchdown grab already tilting the field. The 49ers, finally, fall. At 5-1, the fanbase is doing the math on seeding and MVP ballots, which is the most dangerous thing this fanbase can be allowed to do — but for one week, the swagger is earned.
