What happened
T.Horton's 95-yard punt return touchdown cracked the game open before the offense even got going, and by the time S.Darnold hit J.Smith-Njigba for a 12-yard score the first quarter was effectively the final score. Beating a team Seattle was supposed to beat by 31 is the kind of result that quiets a fanbase without quite convincing it — the question of whether this is real or just New Orleans being New Orleans gets pushed to Week 4.
