What happened
M.Trubisky carving up the secondary for a 17-yard touchdown to D.Knox in the first quarter set the tone, and a K.Smith face mask on a Ty.Johnson catch-and-run made sure the bleeding never stopped. Five straight losses by 20-plus to close the year, zero interceptions on the season, and a final scoreline that barely registers anymore. The misery has stopped feeling like a reaction and started feeling like the baseline.
