What happened
Two J.Herbert interceptions — D.Lawrence's 37-yard return in the first and A.Phillips taking one to the LAC 3 in the third — staked the Giants to a lead they somehow never surrendered, even after O.Hampton's 54-yard touchdown run threatened to flip the game. J.Dart did enough, B.Burns' fourth-quarter sack of J.Herbert sealed it, and the fanbase is left negotiating with itself over whether one win against a good team means anything yet.
