Fan misery across the game window. Up is worse.
What happened
The Saints needed three Giants fumbles to put this one away, including J.Howden's 86-yard scoop-and-score off a B.Bresee strip and C.Jordan falling on a J.Dart sack. S.Rattler's 87-yard strike to R.Shaheed was the offensive highlight, though B.Grupe shanking a 52-yarder wide left kept the anxiety meter humming. A win is a win, but a road map built on opponent giveaways is not exactly a foundation.
