What happened

K.Cousins to T.Tucker in the fourth briefly flipped the script, and B.Bowers was a problem all day — but J.Cook's 26-yard catch-and-run to the LV 3, followed by his go-ahead touchdown moments later, undid everything. Two straight losses by a combined six points to KC and Buffalo suggests this team is closer than the record shows, which is either encouraging or the exact kind of thing that quietly ruins a season. The third-quarter interception didn't help.
