Raiders fans walking out of a 27-30 loss to KC somehow convinced the 3-1 start is the real deal.

What happened

Three Mahomes bombs to T.Thornton and X.Worthy kept torching the LV secondary deep, and D.Young's fumble on the Butker kickoff with 3:21 left handed KC the cushion they needed. The X.Nwankpa pick of K.Cousins at the goal line just made it official. The fanbase is leaving oddly encouraged — a one-score loss to Kansas City used to be a blowout — but the deep-ball coverage is going to be a problem every single week until it isn't.
